Drones may be banned in National Parks but they're still legal to fly in National Forests (as long as you stay out of designated wilderness areas and away from wildfires). I took my new Mavic up to visit Rich and Marcia at Harvard Cabin following a heavy snowstorm and got some shots of Rich skiing in Huntington Ravine.
